Low Fat Veggie Burrito

Low Fat Veggie Burrito
1 cup of cooked [tag]brown rice[/tag]
1 can of [tag]black beans[/tag]
1 can of [tag]mushrooms[/tag]
1 box of frozen greens [tag]spinach[/tag] or [tag]broccoli[/tag] or [tag]kale[/tag]
1 [tag]onion[/tag]
1 tbsp of chopped [tag]garlic[/tag]
1 cup of [tag]chipotle salsa[/tag] (any salsa will do)
fat-free wrappers
First sautee the onion and garlic in any type of stock.
Defrost the frozen greens in the microwave.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes.
Wrap up in a wrapper and enjoy!
