This chrome bar will hold up to 800 pounds. Made from sturdy alloy steel. Measures 46.5 inches from sleeve to sleeve. Made to the specs of International Powerlifting Federation and the International Weightlifting Federation. Comfortable medium depth diamond ridged grips. Fits smaller racks but does not fit an Olympic sized rack. 2 inch bar sleeves will hold any 2 inch plates on the market. Bars are created and designed to build muscle groups depending on how your body is built. Bar sleeves rotate and keeps the bar from warping and reduces the pressure to your wrists.
