Honey Dijon Pasta Ham and Veggies

4 cups uncooked bow tie
2 cups sour cream
1/4 cup Dijon
2 tablespoons
2 cups lean cooked , cubed
2 tablespoons finely chopped green
1 16 ounces pk frozen , thawed
(broccoli, carrot, cauliflower-small cut)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Meanwhile, in small
bowl, combine sour cream, msutard and honey; mix well. Set aside. In 12
inch nonstick skillet, place ham and green onion. Cook over medium high
heat, stirring occasionally, until ham is lightly browned (3-4
minutes). Add veggies. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until
crisply tender, about 3-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium low. Add
cooked pasta and sour cream mixture. Stir gently to coat, then cook
until heated through, 1-2 minutes.
