Low Fat Veggie Burrito
Low Fat Veggie Burrito
1 cup of cooked
1 can of black beans
1 can of mushrooms
1 box of frozen greens spinach or broccoli or
1 onion
1 tbsp of chopped garlic
1 cup of (any salsa will do)
fat-free wrappers
First sautee the onion and garlic in any type of stock.
Defrost the frozen greens in the microwave.
Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes.
Wrap up in a wrapper and enjoy!
