My food log for today. I tend to eat the same thing day in and day out, but this is recommended - the doctors who wrote You On A Diet say that people who eat the same lose more weight. Luckily, I have no problems with that.

Found a new yogurt/dairy snack. It’s called Dannon Carb and Sugar Control Light and Fit and it is delicious. Better than anything out there.
