Proform Ab Coremaster
Heck yeah! I jumped on that puppy!
So, she brought it over – though if I had known it was that heavy I would’ve sent babyboy for it….
Anyway. I tried it out, so did babyboy. It strikes me that the Proform Ab Coremaster is great for the person who has issues getting on and off the floor. I know for myself, when working out years ago, I hated getting on the floor to do crunches, or sit-ups or any ab workout that requires the floor. The Coremaster will solve that problem nicely. It also holds up to 300 pounds, and is sturdily built.
I haven’t done the whole workout yet, I ran a short test, lol. The Proform Ab Coremaster comes with a 30 minute instructional DVD. On the DVD, it has an intro, and the Core Workouts include Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. If you’re not used to exercise – start with the beginner!
Not only that, but if you opt to get the resistance bands to go with the Proform Coremaster, you can work out your triceps, biceps, shoulders and chest. There’s video for that too. If you’re a beginner, this little workout bench will get you started. The upper body workouts you can do if you get resistance bands:
French and Chest Press
I don’t even see any problems with using regular weights with this (as long as they’re light) for a change in your regular workout routine.
I only did a couple of exercises and a few repetitions, but I can tell you, I felt it. I felt it in my upper abs, and my back. I was afraid to do too much – I don’t want to kill myself before I get started.
The Proform Coremaster stores easily by folding it flat – so you can slide it under your bed, in a closet or simply against a wall, where I have mine right now. You’ll get an eating guide with healthy recipes and has a warranty.
