Tae Bo Kicks Kids’ Workout
My son loves the Tae Bo Kicks Kids’ Workout. I have several of the Tae Bo tapes for adults, and this tape came with the package. (I ordered it a couple of years ago when I saw it on T.V.) The DVD runs for 40 minutes.
Tae Bo has been modified for kids to watch and exercise to at home. They’ll learn the Tae Bo basics, and they’ll learn to get active. The Tae Bo moves are a great place for kids to start with a little structured exercise. The DVD addresses balance, coordination and cardio. There is alot of punching and kicking, so make room.
The workout is easy enough for kids to do, but if you’re an out of shape adult, you’ll find the Tae Bo Kicks Kids’ Workout a challenge. Trust me. Your kids will get a kick out of you struggling through the workout as they breeze through it.
The Tae Bo Kicks Kids’ Workout includes exercises for kids that range in age from five to thirteen, with easy to follow instructions. The DVD is structured so it leaves your kids stimulated and asking for more. The music is great on the DVD: it goes perfectly with the workout.

What Is Tae bo?
Tae Bo uses a mix of boxing (cardio boxing) and tae kwon do, incorporated into an aerobics routine. Tae Bo provides an intense workout routine – it will increase flexibility, strength, cardio and endurance. Classes in Tae Bo are available at many gyms across the globe.
