Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Here’s another reason to eat food with Omega 3 fatty acids, or take Omega 3 supplements. Along with improving brain
function (although I can’t say I see this in anyone in this household, lol), Omega 3 fatty acids can improve risk of cancer
and heart disease:
Walnuts, flaxseed and canola oil are also good sources of omega-3 fatty acids and people who got their omega-3s from these sources had just as much benefit as those who get them by eating fish, the study found.
I’ve been using more olive oil than canola, must stock up on the canola. At least canola Pam.
