Low Fat Spicy Broccoli
1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cups chopped broccoli
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4-teaspoon red pepper flakes
3/4 cup canned crushed tomatoes
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
