  • Are you ready to lose weight?
  • Can you focus on weight loss? Are you able to commit to at this point?
  • What is your weight loss motivation? Will it continue to motivate you until you reach your weight loss goals?
  • How will you handle any lack of progress, or plateaus? How will you deal with blowing your diet?
  • These are important questions to ask yourself. While you may want to lose weight, if you are not in the correct mindset, you are likely to fail.
