Day 193 - Food Log

I’ve noticed today that I have my days screwed up - again! Oh well. It’s corrected locally. And, I need to remind myself *not* to eat Cheerios in the middle of the day. I ate some yesterday and as a result I had a headache all day, and I think it was because of the sugar. I usually reserve Cheerios for that night time sweet tooth that I get.
