Cut Calories Not Portions
Here we go.
Instead of worrying how much you eat, worry about what you eat. Being that I’m not a portion cutting kind of gal, this is right up my alley.
I just love this philosophy. That’s why I’ll cut up a pound of mushrooms and eat them. Or, get veggies by eating a pound of brussel sprouts. All 250 calories of them – and I’ll get all my veggies in one fell swoop.
Recent research shows that eating fresher, lighter foods while leaving portion size unchanged is a good way to lose weight.
There is simply no reason to starve yourself.
