Day Eleven - Food Log

Bought some soy protein powder because I don’t think I’m getting enough protein. Especially if I eat like I ate today.I ate my breakfast this morning, and then ran around from like 10 am to 7:30 tonight. Oddly enough, while I was hungry I didn’t have that must eat now feeling. Big difference from last Friday, when, by the time I got home I was ready to eat my car.

On another note: guess what babyboy had at school today?? A cupcake. And candy! I swear that school is sugar happy. I complained to one of his teachers today (who, oddly enough, is on a diet as well and completely understood where I’m coming from). Not only that, he missed breakfast.

Tried tofu for the first time. Not bad.

Got some grapefruit essential oil because, according to the book, the smell is supposed to help suppress the appetite, as is eating a grapefruit (which I don’t like). I really haven’t had a problem with hunger, but it might help babyboy with his moments.
