Paddleball

Did I mention I fell on my face on our second day of playing paddleball? Yup. Sure did. Expected to have a really big bruise on my face but it’s just a little thing, with a bump to go with it on my right knee. Smashed my left boob just a tad. I hit hard, and I’m lucky to have not broken any bones.

I expected not to be able to play for a couple of days, but dang! Third day there I was again! Lasted the full hour.

I see alot of changes with this diet - not all of them weight loss. After starting to play paddleball, I fully expected to be sore. You know: the kind of sore where you don’t think you’ll ever be able to move again. I felt like I had a workout, but not to the point of extreme pain. Don’t even need advil.

I definitely have more energy.

I no longer crave things, bad things anyway, like sugar and chocolate. I don’t miss it either.

My skin looks better.

My periods have changed. While I still get the extreme pms, at least the period itself has seemed to back off.
