Third Week Weigh In

On today’s weigh in, I haven’t lost anymore weight, but I did lose another inch. I probably won’t drop any more weight for at least 2 weeks, if I know myself. A girl has to account for her period.

Cheated a tad bit yesterday: I had whole wheat pasta after dinner - I was still hungry. Even that didn’t satisfy me. I should have had a bowl of oatmeal, now that I think about it. Oh well. I’m not killing myself over it (altho I have that nigglin little voice in the back of my head sayin “see, if you hadn’t of eaten that pasta, you would have lost a couple more pounds!”

How’s that for beating oneself up?

Over the weekend I decided I wasn’t drinking enough water. So I decided that I couldn’t have a diet soda until I drink one sports bottle of water, which is usually between 20 ounces and 25 ounces, depending on the brand.

I haven’t had a diet soda in 3 days. Not because I haven’t drunk the water, but because I seem to have forgotten about diet soda….
