Mexican Style Veggie Toss

Ingredients:

2 cans (15 ounces each) , drained and rinsed
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced Mexican , drained
1 can (11 ounces) , drained
1 can (7 ounces) diced mild
1/2 cup fresh , chopped
1/4 cup green , chopped
2 tablespoons
Hot , to taste
, optional

Preparation:

Combine the beans, tomatoes, corn, chiles, cilantro, green onions,
vinegar and hot sauce in a large bowl and toss together until the
vegetables are completely coated. Mix in the hot pepper sauce and/or
sour cream, if desired.
