This would be a good You Diet dressing as long as you only use a couple of tablespoons of it on your salad.
juice and zest of 1 lemon
juice and zest of one orange
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons shallot
1 medium clove garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Mrs Dash original mix
1/3 cup olive oil
Put juice and zest into food processor. Start processor, and drop in pieces of shallot and garlic untilt hey are minced finely. Add salt and seasoning. Add oil in a fine steady stream until dressing is creamy and doesn’t separate.
Toss with greens to lightly coat (about 1/2 cup).
