Low Fat Spicy Broccoli
1-1/2 teaspoons [tag]olive oil[/tag]
3 cups chopped [tag]broccoli[/tag]
3 [tag]garlic[/tag] cloves, minced
1/4-teaspoon [tag]red pepper[/tag] flakes
3/4 cup canned crushed [tag]tomatoes[/tag]
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Sauté broccoli, garlic, and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
