Milk and Weight Loss

I’m not sure if milk does help, I’ve never been a huge milk drinker, except when I was pregnant, and that’s another story all together. But if any dairy product would help with weight loss,my opinion is that it would have to be yogurt with probiotics in it – or any dairy product with probiotics. I’m convinced that probiotic yogurt is what is helping my hair to grow (either that or my body is experiencing some kind of massive hormonal change, which is possible)
