Eating Carbs In The Morning
I learned about this trick years ago, when I was on my successful low fat diet. I was a huge fan of Muscle and Fitness magazine (still am, tho I don’t buy it every month anymore – I used to have a subscription) and I read it religiously. Cover to Cover. Even though it’s directed at the bodybuilder, your average person can learn a lot from it, and get some great recipes, and glean alot of info from the pros.
Try not to consume too much, or any carbs if possible, in the second half of your day.

Once I got past not eating any carbs like bread or pasta after 12pm – which took me a few days to get used to, I admit – I took
off weight a little faster. I didn’t do it as a normal thing though, but it helped me through weight loss plateaus.
This post offers some good weight loss tips. Just looking at this girl and the shape she’s in makes my muscles tingle and makes me want to go pick up my weights. Which I really need to do. It’s really the best way to get in shape – not that I was ever in competition shape – but I was in good enough shape that my muscles still remember it.
And, oddly enough, I was just on the phone with my mom just now, and my Joyce Vedral 12 Minute Workout book just jumped out at me. I’ve been looking for it for months.
I wonder if the Universe is trying to tell me something?
