You say Potato
I love my potatoes. But since starting the You Diet, I don’t eat them like I used to. That’s because I discovered they make my blood sugar crazy – especially if I eat them by themselves, which I’m inclined to do. Some of the baking potatoes in the store are huge, and I used to make one my lunch. Now, I eat a smaller potato but I have to be careful.
Once in a while, I’ll get on a potato kick, and eat some every day. I love them.
