Just broke out my copy of Joyce Vedral’s 12 minute workout. I bought it online a couple of years ago – not sure exactly when. but I want babyboy to read the beginning and the end before we get started. It explains about your muscles and body parts and how they work together, in an easy to read style. Great motivational stuff too, though I’m not sure how this will fly with a 10 year old, lol.
Anyway, I looked at the beginning of the book, and Joyce Vedral signed it! I had no idea, and that’s how long it’s been since I’ve looked at it. I’ll have to be careful with this book – I usually write my workouts in them and they get all torn up – I have at least 5 copies of the 12 minute workout floating around here.
Today, babyboy will commence keeping track of his food intake in a spreadsheet just like I do.
