I love corn like this. I like to add garlic (either fresh or powder) and sage.
I’m a big fan of sage.

4 cups fresh corn kernels, cut from cob (or 4 cups
frozen whole kernel corn)
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
Dash of pepper
Chopped parsley
Spray a skillet with Pam. Add the rest of the ingredients,
except chopped parsley, mixing well.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 6 servings.
