Second Week Weigh In

Got on the scale this morning and couldn’t believe my eyes. The scale says I’ve lost 6 pounds, and have lost 3 inches. I had to get off the scale and back on it. Kewlness.

Must work on eating more fruit, and walking {I’ve come to the realization that I hate to walk – this must stem from all the walking I’ve done since I started working}. Should be getting an exercise bike this weekend, with any luck, and I would like to start the 12 minute workout as well.

Going to pick up some chromium picolinate today, there’s a reason given in the book to take it {which escapes me now} but I’ve always taken it when dieting.

Other changes I’m noticing: my skin looks better. It may not be noticeable to others, but it is to me especially when looking at my face up close and personal.

Changes in taste: I notice that I don’t crave sugar like I was, and food tastes better.
