Choose to Lose Diet
Written by husband and wife team Ron and Nancy Goor, the Choose to Lose Diet was one of the first books written on low fat diets, back when about the only thing you could find lowfat was skim milk. I actually have a signed copy.
It is also *the* first diet I was ever successful following, and I this is where I learned that in order to lose weight, you had to eat!

I have done the workouts in 3 of the books, below. I haven’t done the Cougar workout. Seems to me I have a couple more laying around here. If you’re a beginner, the 12 minute workout is perfect, and you really can do it in 12 minutes once you get the routine down.
