No Resolutions For Me This Year
I’m not making any resolutions this year. I plan on staying on my diet as I have been. Since Thanksgiving things have been a little more funky than usual, but I haven’t blown it – except for blow days.
I do, however plan on starting to exercise. I haven’t exercised steadily at all since starting my diet last year, and I think it’s time to take it to the next level. So in light of this, I’ve spent the last couple of weeks reorganizing my house, cleaning up, throwing away, putting away. The place is small, and we don’t have a lot of room for much of anything. The exercise bike pretty much takes up the bedroom – and it’s small. I would put it on the porch, but I don’t want it to rust, and I don’t want people to watch me cycle my way to oblivion. Not that I think anybody really cares, but we do have a weirdo in the community….I need room if I’m going to follow the 12 minute workout by Joyce Vedral as well, and I need room for my Coremaster – which I’m going to use as a replacement for my workout bench, and use to switch abs exercises here and there, which I really don’t have room for! I also managed to dig out my dumbbells, so I’m prepared.
Except for my mindset that is. I have a terrible time of talking myself into exercising.
