Brocollini Saute (With Yellow Squash)
1 pound brocollini
1 yellow squash, cut into strips
Butter flavored pam
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp Mediterranean salad seasoning
In partially covered microwave dish in microwave, cook brocollini in 1 tbs water 5 min. or until tender. In skillet, cook squash in Pam 4 min. Add brocollini, garlic, and seasoning, cook 2 min. or until heated through. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
