How many calories in a Subway Turkey Sub?
My favorite Subway Turkey sub and it’s calorie and nutritional value.
Sodium is a wee bit on the high side, especially if you’re watching how much you take in.
Their label lies about the fat calorie count – I came up with 17 x 9 = 153 fat calories. I suppose I could switch to vinegar only or mustard.
The problem is I have to be in the mood for mustard, which usually has to be Grey Poupon, lol.
I watch calories and fat, and keep my eye on sugar (which I tend to go overboard on,) fiber and sodium. I don’t need to watch my sodium, but other folks in the house do.
