Italian Beans
2 (15 oz) cans garbanzo beans, drained
1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (15 oz) can cannelloni (white kidney beans), drained
2 (15 oz) cans great northern beans, drained
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 (1 oz) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tsp prepared minced garlic
1/2 cup beef broth
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir well. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
