Today I was going to fix vegetarian chili, but decided against it because of feelings of laziness. What I did do, though, was cook some veggie italian sausage, cooked an onion and a couple of tomatoes with some fresh garlic, salt, pepper and basil and a smidge of tomato sauce. I didn’t have any peppers. Boy was it good. I find I really like most of the vegetarian products that are out there. Babyboy doesn’t know the difference, and I don’t think his dad realizes he’s not eating meat.
And speaking of babyboy: I got him to try broccoli the other day. He actually liked it. Will wonders never cease.
