Workout Days 15 – 21
Finished third week working out and starting the fourth.
Discovered doing the flat exercises don’t work well on my bench. I have 2 funky poles, for lack of a better phrase, in my way. How I miss my flat bench! I wish I never got rid of it. I have an incline bench now, it’s ok but …..
Found out I’ve been doing Peewee laterals wrong. Fixed that.
Debating as to whether I should move on to the 3 lb weights.
July 31 – started walking.
Got on the scale this am – saw the scale wavering between 1/2 a pound and a pound. This is a good sign.
I’ve kind of been getting freaked out because I’ve lost 30 lbs – 27 of those pounds pretty much fell off. I’ve never dropped weight that fast before. It came off so fast I honestly thought it was all water at first and fully expected to gain most of it back. This hasn’t been the case.
Overall it’s been 3 months since I started dieting, so ok, 10 lbs a month is what it averages out to be. I understand this, and I understand *why* I haven’t lost any more weight, other than 3 lbs. It makes sense.
But it still doesn’t stop me from freaking out:P
I’ve started a stand up ab routine, and will try to do these exercises on the days I don’t work the abs. I hate working out on the floor.
