First Week Weigh In I've lost 2 pounds. And an inch and a half. After my week of fluctuating - yoyo's don't go up and down the way my weight did - I've lost 2 pounds. Day Seven - Food Log Running low on food. Guess that's why they have grocery stores, lol. The black beans were good. Found a new yogurt/dairy snack. It's called Dannon Carb and Sugar Control Light and Fit and it is delicious. Better than anything out there.
